Online Medium Reading With John Strouse

Meet privately by Zoom, FaceTime, or phone for a Heartfelt Mediumship® session centered on evidence, care, and meaningful connection.

A quiet space for remembering a loved one

A private space for a meaningful conversation

An online medium reading is a live, private appointment for someone who hopes to feel a connection with a loved one who has died. It can be a gentle place to bring grief, curiosity, a question that has stayed with you, or simply a wish to hear a familiar personality described. You do not need to explain every part of your story before you begin.

Meeting online lets you choose a setting that feels comfortable. You can speak with John from a quiet room at home by Zoom, FaceTime, or phone, without traveling or sitting in an unfamiliar office. For many people, being in their own space makes it easier to settle in, stay present, and take a little time afterward.

Every reading has its own shape. Some people arrive with a specific loved one in mind. Others are open to whoever comes forward. The purpose is not to perform, test, or force an outcome. It is to make room for a respectful conversation guided by what is genuinely personal and recognizable.

What makes an online session feel personal

Distance does not make the appointment impersonal. John meets with you live, not through a recording, text exchange, or automated service. You can listen, ask questions, take a pause, and respond honestly as the conversation unfolds. The hour belongs to you.

A quiet, private setting can also make the practical side easier. You can have water, tissues, a notebook, or a trusted person nearby if that helps you feel supported. You do not need photographs, names, or personal objects to prepare for a mediumship session.

Privacy matters, especially when a reading touches a relationship that is still deeply important. Online appointments are designed to let you choose your own surroundings and pace. John works with the person present for the session, giving you space to receive the experience in your own way.

A calm space for a thoughtful conversation

John's Heartfelt Mediumship® approach

John created Heartfelt Mediumship® as a secular, non-religious approach to evidential mediumship. He begins by sharing the impressions and identifying details he receives, rather than asking you for a long history. The aim is to give you information that feels recognizable and relevant before moving into a fuller conversation.

Evidence may involve personality, relationships, habits, memories, or details from a loved one's life. It does not need to be dramatic to matter. A familiar turn of phrase, a treasured routine, or the way someone made you laugh can carry real meaning when it is personal to you.

Once a connection feels established, there can be room for questions, messages, emotion, and even humor. John has worked with mediumship clients since 2006. His work is guided by care and directness, not fear, pressure, or promises that no ethical medium can make.

What may happen in your reading

The session usually begins with a few moments to settle in. John will invite you to be comfortable, then begins the mediumship work. You are not expected to know what will happen next or to supply clues. Your most useful role is simply to listen and answer honestly when something is clear, unclear, or does not fit.

You may recognize a relationship right away, or details may take a little time to place. It is fine to say yes, no, or I am not sure. There is no need to stretch a detail to make it match. Honest responses keep the conversation grounded in what has meaning for you.

A specific loved one can be held in mind, but a particular connection cannot be guaranteed. More than one loved one may come forward in a session. Some readings are tender and quiet. Others include ordinary details and laughter. There is no single result that defines whether the time was worthwhile.

Choosing a session length that feels right

John offers several private session lengths so you can choose the amount of time that fits your needs. A 30-minute session is $110 and can be a comfortable way to begin. A 45-minute session is $145, giving the conversation a little more room to unfold.

A 60-minute session for one person is $175. It is often a good choice when you want a more spacious appointment, time for questions, or room to take in the experience without feeling rushed. Two successive 30-minute sessions can also be booked together for $190 when one person is arranging separate appointments.

All sessions are held live online. Sixty-minute sessions are available with an interpreter in Ukrainian and Russian. If you prefer to remain anonymous when booking, another person may pay for the session and forward the appointment link to you. John works with the person present at the time of the reading.

A peaceful private space prepared for an online session

A respectful reading has clear boundaries

A mediumship reading can be emotional, but it should never leave you feeling frightened, dependent, or pressured to spend more money. John does not use fear-based claims, tell clients they are cursed, or present a session as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or mental-health advice.

You remain the person who decides what belongs in your life. A reading can be meaningful while still leaving room for your judgment, your beliefs, and your other sources of support. You are allowed to pause, ask a question, or take time afterward before deciding how you feel about what was shared.

If grief feels overwhelming or you are worried about your safety, a qualified counselor or health professional is the right support. A private mediumship appointment can sit alongside your own care and beliefs, but it should never be asked to carry the full weight of a loss.

Prepare simply, then arrive as you are

There is no complicated preparation for an online medium reading. Choose a private place where you can speak comfortably, silence distractions, and have a beverage and tissues nearby. A few quiet minutes before the appointment can help you arrive feeling less hurried.

You may bring a question, but you do not need a polished list or a test for John to pass. Some people want to ask about a loved one. Others simply want to see what comes through. Both are valid ways to begin, and the conversation can develop naturally from there.

Try to leave a little room after your session if you can. You may feel peaceful, emotional, reflective, or uncertain what you think. There is no correct reaction. A walk, a journal entry, or a quiet evening can give the experience time to settle without asking you to explain it right away.

Book when the time feels right

You do not have to be completely certain before you book. You may be looking for comfort after a loss, wondering whether an online session can feel personal, or wanting to understand John's approach before choosing a time. A clear, private first step is enough.

Heartfelt Mediumship® sessions are available to clients worldwide by Zoom, FaceTime, or phone. Choose the session length that feels manageable, select a time through John's online calendar, and join from the setting where you feel most at ease.

For a practical question before booking, the contact page is available. When you are ready, use the booking calendar to choose a private mediumship session.

Questions about online medium readings

Can an online medium reading be done by phone?

Yes. John offers private live sessions by Zoom, FaceTime, or phone, so you can choose the format that feels most comfortable.

Do I need to bring photographs or names?

No. You do not need photographs, names, or personal objects. A private, quiet setting and a little time to settle in are enough.

Can I ask for a specific loved one?

You are welcome to hold a particular person in mind, but no ethical medium can promise that a specific loved one will come through.

How long is an online medium reading?

John offers 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute private sessions. You can choose the length that best fits the time and space you want for the conversation.

Is mediumship a substitute for grief counseling?

No. A mediumship reading is a personal spiritual experience, not medical or mental-health care. If grief feels unmanageable, contact a qualified professional or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
